Manager's Report October 21, 2006
 
1          Need to thank Lynn Hicks, Glenda Gentry and Joan Schug for work on 
staining the hand rails in front of the lodge
2         Need to thank Harold Spofford at Timberon Hardware for his donation of 
a pump to TWSD
3         Still working on putting numbers together for a new golf course 
agreement
4         The road bids were opened November 16, 2006.  There were 2 bids, one 
from  AUI and the other from Mesa Verde.  The bids will be forwarded to FEMA to 
look over and then returned to TWSD
5         Work on capital outlay requests forms have been completed and have 
been mailed by the deadline of November 15, 2006
6         Still working on spreading material on exposed water lines
7         Thanks to the volunteers who are still helping out with the road work
8         The bids to repair or replace the swimming pool should be in by the 
end of November
9         The bid for surplus material was closed this week.  Some items were 
purchased.  Twsd will offer another sealed bid on the remaining items. Some 
people said they did not know when the bid closed
